For over 12 years one of my go-to strategies with relationship building is the PRAISE EMAIL, which has evolved to include PRAISE POSTS on social media as well. This Praise Email (or social media post) compliments them authentically and genuinely about the content (articles, TV segments, blog posts) that they’re creating. This simple action step does a few things:
